Actor Robin Padilla leads Senate bets

HOURS after polls closed Monday night, actor Robin Padilla is so far dominating the senatorial race based on the partial and unofficial parallel canvassing of votes by the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV).

As of 10:40 p.m., Padilla has tallied almost 19 million votes based on the electronically transmitted results from 57,669 clustered precincts.
