THE leading mayoral candidates in Manila cast their votes for the 2022 national and local elections hours after polling precincts opened on Monday, election day.
Vice Mayor Maria Sheilah "Honey" Lacuna-Pangan, who is running under local party Asenso Manileño, voted at the Legarda Elementary School in Sampaloc shortly after 9 a.m. Vice Mayor Lacuna was accompanied by running mate Yul Servo Nieto.
