Comelec assures Filipinos: You can vote, it's all systems go

IT'S all systems go for the Commission on Elections on Election Day.

'All the ballots have been delivered, our electoral boards are in place they already have the ballots, it's all systems go,' Comelec spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco said in a press briefing held at the Philippine International Convention Center a few hours before the opening of all polling precincts throughout the country.
