Ballots snatched in Tipo-Tipo town

ZAMBOANGA CITY: Gunmen opened fire in the air and snatched election ballots on Monday from a school in Tipo-Tipo town in the southern Basilan province.

Soldiers guarding the area fired warning shots and forced the armed men to flee.
