LEGAZPI CITY: President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the conversion of Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital (BRTTH) into a general and sub-specialty hospital less than two months before he steps down in power.
"President Duterte has signed the law converting the Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital (BRTTH) into a general and subspecialty hospital. The law, Republic Act 11719, was made public today (Thursday)," said House Ways and Means Chairman, Albay Second District Rep. Jose Ma. Clemente "Joey" Salceda, author of the House Bill 8228 transforming the region's biggest medical facility into the "PGH of South Luzon."
