MAYOR Narding de Leon of Angat, Bulacan clarified that the unfinished public hospital construction located in Barangay Poblacion is not a project of the municipal government.
"For the people's knowledge, the Angat District Hospital, which did not push through, is a provincial government project and [is] not from us," the mayor said.
