IT'S all systems go for the May 9 national and local elections, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) assured everyone as the campaign period for both local and national candidates ended on Saturday.
"We are all systems go," Commissioner George Erwin Garcia said. All preparations were already in place except for minor kinks in testing and sealing the vote-counting machines (VCMs) and replacing some defective secured digital (SD) cards.
