Letran staves off Perpetual, books finals ticket

Defending champion Colegio de San Juan de Letran staved off the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta, 77-75, in their Final Four match at the Filoil Flying V Center on Sunday to book its ticket in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Season 97 men's basketball tournament Finals.

Rhenz Abando tied his career-high of 24 points on top of three rebounds, two assists, and two steals to lead the win-once armed Knights, who stayed spotless through 10 games this season.
