'Duterte focused on orderly govt transition'

ENERGY Secretary Alfonso Cusi, president of the administration-backed PDP-Laban, on Friday said President Duterte is focused on ensuring the orderly and smooth transition of power and will remain neutral in the presidential elections.

He said the President is not endorsing any presidential candidate as part of his commitment to ensure clean and honest elections.
