Cusi wing is named main majority party

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) Special Second Division has ruled that the faction of the Partido ng Demokratiko Pilipino-Laban ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) headed by Energy Secretary Cusi, a staunch ally of President Rodrigo Duterte, is the dominant majority party in the May 9 polls.
