Oddly enough, Caveat now seems in a throwback mood of sorts now that the national election is merely a few days away.

This to reference last year 2021 May 9, (coincidentally this year's election date) when the breathtaking Rizal Boulevard of Negros Oriental's capital city — Dumaguete — was abuzz with local historians, culture vultures, and officials from Malacañang Palace to witness the grand public unveiling of The Historical Marker of the Panilongon (Negros).
