Magnitude 5.1 quake rocks Davao Oriental

A magnitude 5.1 earthquake hit Davao Oriental on Friday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanoloy and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.

Phivolcs chief Renato Solidum Jr. said the tremor took place at about 8:02 a.m., some 118 kilometers southeast of Tarragona in the province.
