TWO bullets, inconspicuously packaged, made their way to Quezon City District 6 on Monday. The package was addressed to incumbent Councilor Patrick Michael "PM" Vargas who is believed to be frontrunning the race for district representative in Novaliches.
Vargas made the information public on Tuesday at a Tomas Morato restaurant with his older brother and incumbent 6th District Rep. Alfred Vargas beside him. Rep. Vargas is about to complete his third term in office.
