BACOLOD CITY: Former Murcia mayor Sonny Coscolluela, campaign spokesman of presidential candidate Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and running mate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, said victory and defeat must be accepted whatever the outcome of the May 9 local and national elections.
"This is the homestretch. Seven days to go. Expect all kinds of gimmicks. Let us all be either of the two — magnanimous in victory or gracious in defeat! Hate must end on May 9. We are supposed to be a Christian nation, aren't we? God bless the Philippines," Coscotlluela said.
