Vargas brothers receive death threat

TWO bullets, inconspicuously packaged, made their way to Quezon City District 6 on Monday. The package was addressed to incumbent Councilor Patrick Michael 'PM' Vargas who is believed to be frontrunning the race for district representative in Novaliches.
