PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Dionardo Bernardo Carlos came to the defense of his personnel that were charged by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) over the fatal shooting incident in Pilar, Abra last March 29.
Carlos told reporters at an interview in Camp Crame that they welcome the complaint filed by the NBI before the Department of Justice.
