THE Philippine shares remained in the red on Monday as investors were cautious ahead of the release of inflation data and developments abroad.

The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) slipped by 0.15 percent, or 10.17 points, to 6,721.08, while the wider All Shares shed 0.23 percent, or 8.31 points, to finish at 3,596.83.
