REP. Ria Christina Fariñas enjoyed a wide lead over Sandro Marcos, son of presidential candidate Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., in Ilocos Norte's first district congressional race three weeks before the May 9 elections, based on the survey conducted by data company Grassroots Analytics PH (GRAPH).
Results of the survey, which covered the period April 4 to April 5, showed that Fariñas, who serves as a deputy majority leader in the House of Representatives, is preferred by an overwhelming 56 percent of the respondents. Marcos got the support of 38 percent of the respondents.
