Duterte vows aid to workers

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday vowed to continue providing opportunities to Filipino workers so they can 'achieve their full potential.'

'I join the entire nation in honoring all our mighty Filipino workers through the celebration of this year's Labor Day,' the President said in his Labor Day message.
