MMDA suspends number coding scheme on May 3

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority suspended the implementation of its Modified Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program Vehicles or number coding scheme on Tuesday, May 3.

Malacañang declared May 3 a regular holiday for the observance of Eid'l Fitr, the end of Ramadan.
