URC shares slump as PSEi declines

THE shares of food and beverage manufacturer Universal Robina Corp. (URC) slumped amid the decline of the local bourse last week.

The Gokongwei-led firm dropped P3.20, or 3.03 percent, to finish at P102.50 apiece as the Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) plunged by 2.58 percent on Friday.
