Philippine insurance industry adapts to a digitized ecosystem

While most markets felt that the Covid-19 global pandemic was the ultimate 'industry killer,'the Southeast Asian regional insurance industry perceived otherwise and saw an opportunity instead.

According to the Switzerland-based company Faber Consulting AG, 'most insurers in the Asean region believe that the pandemic will strengthen the regional insurance market, especially in terms of accelerating digitization in the insurance industry.'
