Ateneo on verge of outright UAAP Finals berth

Ateneo de Manila University routed Far Eastern University, 70-53, to move one win away from sweeping the elimination round of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 84 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena on Thursday.

The Blue Eagles' last game in the elims will be against the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons on Sunday at 7 p.m.
