THE Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) said on Thursday that members of the hacker group XSOX who were arrested over the Smartmatic data breach had in their possession important data including codes and numbers of voter precincts nationwide.
Smartmatic is the software provider of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
