A THREE-year collective bargaining agreement (CBA) was reached with employees at the end of last year, Maybank Philippines Inc. announced in a statement.

The 'win-win deal,' the bank said, was signed 'with just one day of negotiations' between the management and union panels that were respectively led by IT (information technology) head Bernie Talimban and Diodado Maslog.
