BBM, Sara lead peaceful CDO rally

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: 'The peaceful BBM-Sara Grand Rally in Cagayan de Oro City on Tuesday, April 26, was successful without any report of untoward incidents,' Misamis Oriental Gov. Yevgeny Vincente Emano said.

Emano commended the provincial police led by Col. Raniel Valones and Cagayan de Oro City Police chief LtCol. Aaron Mandea for a job well done.
