Human-centric leadership

WE are experiencing a shift from the use of human effort and intelligence to the use of advanced machines and artificial intelligence (AI) in every aspect of our human life — work, study, learning, play, leisure or pleasure. As robotics and AI become more entrenched, organizational processes tend to be more and more dehumanized. As we write, some employees now report to robot bosses. Leadership should be more human-centric, lest we lose the 'human' in human resources management.
