DepEd revises SSAT for face-to-face classes

THE Department of Education (DepEd) has revised the School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) to further boost the progressive expansion of face-to-face classes nationwide for basic education.

DepEd said the revision of the SSAT aims to better mobilize and prepare schools for the safe, effective and efficient conduct of classes, taking into consideration the monitoring and evaluation results of the pilot implementation of face-to-face classes.
