THE Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in Muñoz City, Nueva Ecija will house the Department of Agriculture-National Fisheries Research and Development Institute's (DA-NFRDI) Fisheries Biotechnology Center (FBC) for the development and management of fisheries and aquatic resources in the Philippines.
Secretary William Dar and CLSU President Edgar Orden recently signed the memorandum of agreement (MoA) for the establishment of the FBC that was witnessed by representatives from different agencies and private partners.
