Religious freedom worsening in India – US panel

WASHINGTON, D.C.: Religious freedom has deteriorated 'significantly' in India under the Hindu nationalist government, a United States commission said on Monday (Tuesday in Manila) as it again recommended targeted sanctions over abuses.
