(UPDATE) HOUSE of Representatives' Deputy Speaker Rodante Marcoleta has withdrawn from the Senate race in the coming May 9 elections.
Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner George Erwin Garcia confirmed it on Wednesday night but gave no further details.
