Moody's cuts 2022 PH growth forecast

GLOBAL research firm Moody's Analytics on Tuesday slashed its 2022 Philippine economic growth forecast due to challenges in the global economy, lower demand for goods and services in China, and accelerating inflation.

In a report, Moody's Analytics said the Philippine economy is projected to grow by 6.1 percent this year, down from the earlier 6.4-percent forecast.
