PAO disowns petition to disqualify Tulfo

PUBLIC Attorney's Office (PAO) chief Persida Rueda-Acosta on Monday said her agency had nothing to do with the petition filed before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to disqualify reality TV and public service personality Rafael 'Raffy' Tulfo as a senatorial candidate.

Rueda-Acosta said it was not the PAO that filed the petition but Tulfo's former wife, Julieta Licup-Pearson.
