Airbus to back PH defense sector

MULTINATIONAL aerospace corporation Airbus declares it is well-positioned to meet the Philippines' defense and maritime security needs.

Johan Pelissier, head of Asia Pacific, Airbus Defence and Space, said that with the growing demand for military aircraft fleet modernization and renewal in the Asia-Pacific region and the increasing number of orders, the company stated that the Philippines is always an important market for them.
