FORMER Defense secretary Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro Jr. on Sunday vowed to throw his full support behind the Barangay Development Program (BDP), a hallmark program of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, if he wins a Senate seat in May.
Aimed to develop former conflict-stricken communities, the BDP is part of the whole-of-government approach in addressing the root cause and effects of insurgency in the country.
