THE most concerning time for business is the post-holiday period. During this phase, employees are more likely to leave the company, increasing the turnover number. Many human resource practitioners call this phenomenon 'The Great Resignation.'

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 4.5 million Americans quit their jobs before the holidays, with leisure and hospitality companies experiencing the highest quits. This situation impacts high employee turnover in a company.
