(UPDATE) FORMER Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner Rowena Guanzon on Friday has vouched for the accuracy and reliability of the automated election system (AES) through the Smartmatic machines, which she has personally seen over her seven years with the poll body.
She said during the Pandesal Forum hosted by columnist Wilson Flores of the Kamuning Bakery in Quezon City that the major problem to look at was the massive vote-buying.
