Sotto: NPC members free to choose president

BACOLOD CITY: Members of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC) nationwide are free to choose who to support for president in the May 9 elections.

This was declared by NPC Chairman and Senate President Vicente 'Tito' Sotto 3rd on Tuesday, April 19, in Bacolod City.
