MMSU, Canada's Evergreen College forge MoU for academic exchanges

IN pursuit of education exchanges, a partnership was forged between a private career college in Toronto, Canada and the Ilocos Norte-based Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), according to the MMSU Strategic Communication office.

Daniel Tapaoan Jr., MMSU information officer, said the Evergreen College (EC) in Toronto which offers a wide range of diploma and certification programs has committed to collaborate with MMSU under a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
