Cagayan vice mayor arrested for murder

TUGUEGARAO CITY: The vice mayor of Rizal town in Cagayan province was arrested at South Triangle in Quezon City on Monday, April 18, the Cagayan Valley police said on Tuesday.

BGen. Steve Ludan, Cagayan Valley regional police director, said Rizal Vice Mayor Joel Ruma was collared by joint operatives from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Cagayan Province Police and Quezon City Police.
