PH Consulate in NY starts feeding ballots to counting machines

The Philippine Consulate General in New York started feeding ballots it received from overseas Filipino voters to vote counting machines early Monday, April 19.

Consul General Elmer Cato said the consulate expects to receive more ballots in the coming days.
