THERE is a low possibility that the number of Covid-19 cases in the Philippines will hit 500,000 by middle of May, said a senior fellow of OCTA Research.
"It is possible that we get an uptick, or an increase in cases, but I don't see going that high.... I get the intent [of the Health department] to warn the public, pero sa akin naman (but for me)...I don't see 500,000 cases right now," Dr. Guido David told The Manila Times on Saturday.
