DAVAO CITY: A New People's Army (NPA) leader and a cohort were killed in a clash with Philippine Army's 39th Infantry Battalion (39IB) under the 10th Infantry Division on Wednesday evening, April 13, at Sitio Panopio, Barangay Malasila, Makilala, North Cotabato.
