THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has recognized publicly listed companies (PLCs) with the most number of women directors in its board as a bid to further gender diversity in the boardroom.
In a statement, the commission said they recently cited BHI Holdings Inc., National Reinsurance Corp. of the Philippines and Monde Nissin Corp. as the Top Three PLCs with most women directors.
