IT'S less than a month before the elections. Are we ready? Is the Commission on Elections (Comelec) ready?
The delivery of election-related equipment and electronic devices as well as election paraphernalia has started and is targeted to be completed before election day. Deliveries are being made from Comelec warehouses in Quezon City and the Sta. Rosa, Laguna facility to various regional/provincial hubs. Then from the regional/provincial hubs deliveries will be made to the respective city/municipal treasurer's office, and then to the polling precincts.
