BACOLOD CITY: A high school principal shot dead a teacher and her husband before taking his own life in the town of Hinobaan, Negros Occidental on Tuesday, April 12.
Maj. John Ganzon, Hinobaan police chief, said police investigation showed that principal Warren Escobar, 56, shot the couple identified as Alvarisa Arroy, a senior high school teacher, and her husband Christopher, both 35.
