THE death toll from Tropical Depression "Agaton" is up to 43, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Wednesday.
In its 8 a.m. situationer report, Region 8 or Eastern Visayas has 37 reported deaths. Central Visayas and Davao Region each has three reported deaths.
