Tagaytay Highlands provides salient home considerations

RESULTS of a global buyer survey recently disclosed that since the pandemic hit two years ago, a number of Filipinos had moved houses driven by the need for outdoor space and a private place of rest set in a healthy, breathable environment. In the same breadth, the discerning few continued to find these essential home living features in Tagaytay Highlands, an exclusive mountain resort complex just 90 minutes' drive from the Makati central business district.

With approximately 1,200 hectares of rolling terrain, Tagaytay Highlands was the only mountain resort of its kind and scale that spanned the provinces of Cavite, Laguna and Batangas. At 2,000 feet above sea level, residents and their guests enjoyed year-round clean, crisp air and the intoxicating vista of Taal Volcano rising in a shimmering Taal Lake. On any clear day, however, Mount Makiling, Canlubang Valley and Laguna de Bay hovered into view, nature scenes that were a balm to the spirit.
