THE Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) filed a petition before the Supreme Court (SC) to compel the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to ensure the integrity of the voting system.
In a 110-page Petition for Certiorari, Prohibition and Mandamus, the OSG, led by Solicitor General Jose Calida, asked the SC to compel the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to faithfully execute its constitutional duty to enforce election laws, rules and regulations.
