RISING 12 places from its 2021 ranking, the Department of Public Works and Highways-National Capital Region (DPWH-NCR) placed first in the March 2022 Physical Accomplishments assessment, outdoing 15 regions for the first time in years.
Assistant Regional Director Juby Cordon reported that DPWH-NCR achieved an overall physical accomplishment of 11.70 percent. Cordon said that one of the reasons for the improved performance of the region was the diligence of its monitoring and project engineers who worked even at night.
